Every Art Rogers Designs sculpture begins with an idea, a hand-drawn pattern, and a wonderful assortment of materials waiting to become something unexpected.

The collection features one-of-a-kind 3-D textile mixed-media sculptures individually handcrafted by Art Rogers. Birds, sea life, animals, fantastical creatures, and other whimsical personalities emerge from an imaginative combination of luxurious and unusual fabrics, hand-painted glass eyes, polymer clay, wire, wood, paint, and found or repurposed objects.

While favorite designs may occasionally be revisited, no two sculptures are ever exactly alike. Fabrics, colors, expressions, detailing, and presentation bases evolve from piece to piece, giving each creation its own distinctive character and personality.

More Than a Sculpture…

Part of the joy of Art Rogers Designs is discovering the details.

Each sculpture is created through hours of designing, fabric selection, construction, sculpting, painting, airbrushing, and finishing. Art’s signature hooded, hand-painted glass eyes give each character its unmistakable expression, while carefully selected materials and unexpected details add texture, movement, and personality.

Many sculptures are also presented on bases created from natural, vintage, architectural, or repurposed elements—making the presentation itself part of the artwork.

The result is not intended to be a lifelike replica. It is Art’s interpretation: familiar creatures reimagined through texture, color, character, and a touch of whimsy.

Sculpture Details & Pricing

Each available sculpture includes photographs, approximate dimensions, materials, and information about its design, inspiration, or symbolism. Every sculpture also comes with a signed Art Rogers Designs Certificate of Authenticity documenting the piece and its creation.

Prices generally range from $95 to $500, reflecting the sculpture’s size, materials, complexity, and time involved in its creation. Prices do not include applicable sales tax or shipping.

Collecting art should be personal. Sometimes a sculpture simply catches your eye; other times, it is the expression, colors, story, or personality that makes you realize you’ve found your piece.

Because every Art Rogers Designs sculpture is individually handcrafted, the piece you choose is uniquely yours. Once a one-of-a-kind sculpture is adopted, that exact creation will not be duplicated.
